• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on product information management or adjacent capabilities
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of product information management technology (PIM), predictive analytics, demand forecasting, and similar domains. Familiarity with retail, ecommerce, merchandising, planning, and allocation industry trends and best practices is highly preferred
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically, define product strategies, and translate business needs into technical requirements that drive business outcomes
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire others to achieve product goals. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships across the organization. Act as the primary advocate for PIM capabilities within the organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all key stakeholders
• Results-Driven: A track record of delivering successful product launches and achieving measurable results
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or master’s degree is a plus
