We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and scale payments product offerings. In this role, you will own the vision and strategy for integrated payment solutions across our platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive customer value and business outcomes.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape how our users manage and optimize financial transactions through intuitive, secure, and scalable features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of payments-related product initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, support, sales, and marketing teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals
• Conduct customer research and analyze behavioral data to uncover insights and inform product direction
• Build strong relationships with key customers to understand pain points and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 3 years in product management within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven expertise in payment processing, including credit/debit cards (ACH and alternative payment experience is a plus)
• Experience managing third-party vendors and holding them accountable to deliverables
• Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast, measure, and communicate the business impact of product decisions
• Effective communicator with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience writing actionable user stories and requirements
• Ability to independently lead initiatives from concept through execution, including stakeholder alignment and post-launch measurement
